Adoption Process

Please complete and submit our adoption form when you are ready to adopt.

An approved adoption form starts the process. Your form is good for 1 year from date of submission and begins the process to adopt any HSNEI dog, puppy, cat, or kitten.

With an approved adoption form within the 1-year, you can initiate an adoption process for a new family member by sending a "Would Like to Adopt" email to info@hsnei.org.

Our friendly adoption counselors will guide you and work with you to find the right dog, cat, kitten, or puppy for your home and family. We want to help you find your "perfect match"!
