HSNEI Low cost spay/neuter services

These services are provided to the community for those in need to help reduce the population of unwanted and homeless animals. This does not take the place of regular veterinary care provided by a veterinarian for the life of your pet. Prices subject to change.

Cat Spay

Cat Spay

Female cats will be spayed, removing the entire uterus. They will also receive a green "tattoo" in the incision on the abdomen. They will have absorbable sutures, so there will be no need to return for removal.

Cat Neuter

Cat Neuter

Male cats that are neutered will have no sutures.

Dog Neuter

Dog Neuter

Male dogs that are neutered will receive absorbable sutures, so there is no need to return for removal. They will also receive a green "tattoo" in the incision. In the event a dog is presenting as a cryptorchid(undescended testicle[s]), we will attempt to perform the neuter. However, if we can't perform the neuter, you will need to have the surgery performed at a vet clinic.
