Bidding Information

You can place bids on multiple items. Zeffy will record and track all of your bids

If you win, each item will use the payment method entered during the bid and is automatically charged. You will only be charged if you win the auction.

Placing Bids

Enter a dollar amount and press the Enter key. Fill in Your information as requested.

Choose whether you wish to help support Zeffy, our platform that pays 100% of donation dollars to HSNEI. Choose payment method and press the Place bid  button.

Select the pick-up location closest to you: HSNEI (Decorah) & Participating Libraries --

Murphy Helwig (Monona), Postville , Cresco , Lime Springs, Spillville, Volga, or Fayette.

Payment & Pick-up Instructions

Winning bidders will receive email confirmation when the auction closes on Sunday, June 15th.

Items become available for pickup at your designated location starting Tuesday, June 17th. Payment must be completed prior to pick up. Cash and check payments should be dropped off or mailed (check only) to HSNEI, 2345 Millennium Road, Decorah, IA 52101 before you stop by for pick up.

Your items will be labeled with your name and auction details. Please bring photo ID or your auction receipt for verification. Payment will not be accepted at any library pickup locations.

Winning bidders

When the auction closes, winning bids will automatically be processed for payment. The highest bidder for each auction item will be charged the amount of their winning bid using the payment method provided when the bid was placed. Each winning bidder will receive an automatic confirmation of their win along with a receipt via email. You will only be charged if you are a winning bidder.

Payment form options are credit card, bank account, or mailed-in check.

Non-winning bidders

Bidders who did not win any items will also receive an email - we appreciate your support and participation!
